Kory has surpassed 111 hours in his quest for the records. After doing some math to factor in future earned break time, as well as factoring in when Activision removed the Battle Royale mode for 45 minutes, Kory ascertains he has about a day and a half yet to go until he’s satisfied.

When asked how he felt at 111 hours in Kory replied “Um [long pause] I basically feel like a monotonous machine at this point. Everything I do in the game is muscle memory. Half the time I don’t even know if I’m in a match or the pre-game lobby”.

Keep it here for more updates on the quest for the world records.

Kory Breadan – also known as The Groundd Gamer – has currently made a successful attempt for ‘The Longest Time Playing A Battle Royale’, clocking in at 60+ Hours. He made the attempt while playing Call of Duty: Warzone. For comparison, the existing record – which was set September of last year – was for 38 hours.

This is just the beginning as the Battle Royale record was only the first hurdle. The next item on Breadan’s list of records to break is ‘The Longest Time Playing A Call of Duty Game” (which is currently 137 hours) followed by ‘The Longest Time Playing Any Video Game (which is currently at 138 hours).

Breadan is currently streaming his attempt on Twitch so please head on over to show your support!
