With the PS5 reveal setting the internet ablaze, one burning question remained: what reason do you have to purchase an Xbox Series X?

Microsoft has made it very clear that their first-party games will remain cross-generational between the Xbox One and the Series X. But is this really the best move for Microsoft? Especially after the PS5 came out swinging with PS5-only launch titles?

The answers to these questions and so many more await in our in-depth discussion below.

It’s Parent Company is an American Company so me being an American will support it and purchase it .Plus I like what they have been delivering since they entered the field in 2001.

So far it’s offering literally everything the PS5 is, at a likely cheaper price point.

You are delusional. A handful of arthouse, narrow, set piece littered, cinematic garbage first party titles doesn’t sell consoles. Never has. The PS4 sold because it was cheaper. Software sales don’t lie, they picked up the Fifa crowd, the fortnite kids, the call of duty drones. All of it. The average gamer goes where they can get the most, for the least.

Right now, that’s looking like Xbox. Brand loyalty across generations is strictly for fanboys. The average consumer does not care.
